Aloft Louisville Downtown

Great location on whiskey row. The rooms are nice, well maintained and clean. Hotel was quiet when I was there. Lobby is energized, with games,a bar and restaurant. With all that said,the service here is fantastic and really helpful. This might be some of the best service I've had at a hotel in a long time. Valet is very nice too and made me feel welcome.

Everyone was so friendly! Charon and Katy were so nice from recommending places to visit to helping us get hot chocolate while the machine was down! The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view and the food was amazing. Would come back again!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. It had modern decorations. There were a few things we didn’t care for in the room: (1) The toilet/shower area was separated from the bathroom sink by a door, but there was only one light switch that controlled both areas. (2) The sliding door to the toilet/shower area didn’t close all the way by design. (3) The toilet was very loud, and there was water on the floor around the toilet when we arrived. (4) There were very few drawers for clothes, so if you didn’t bring hangers then you’re leaving clothes in your suitcase. (5) The bed comfort level got mixed reviews. (6) You really had to slam the door to the room to get the latch to catch properly, so twice we left the room door slightly ajar since we didn’t slam it hard enough.||Everyone on the hotel staff

Loved staying at the hotel! Very nice location and clean. Service was exceptional! We had a mishap on our behalf when departing and the manager of the hotel was SUPER nice and understanding helping us. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! The grill for breakfast sandwiches was exceptional by the way! We didn’t try any other foods being in and out so much but we did see others and it looked and smelled great!

We had a great experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was extraordinary. The re: fuel staff was phenomenal. Housekeeping brought us extra towels less than 5 minutes after calling for them. The bar staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved all of the dogs staying throughout the hotel. Zero complaints! Aloft may be our new favorite brand!
