I use this particular hotel regularly. It is NORMALLY a good value. I spend a considerable amount of tome in the room. On this visit, I was shuffled to 3 different rooms on 2 floors because they couldn't find a television that operated properly. I arrived around 6, I have a meeting at 8 and was finally in a room by 11 but the television or the remote or both fid not work properly. Trish was very helpful and went above and beyond to get it rectified but to no avail. I finally to just stay in a room as the alternative was to just keep trying rooms in hopes of lucking up on one. Disappointingly, I was not offered anything for this inconvenience other than apologies. I am a Bonvoy member and I have certain expectations of the brand that I don't think are unreasonable. The room was very clean and very roomy. The bed was so soft, which is a personal preference of mine. The shower was large and I loved having the shampoo/soap dispenser attached to the wall. Every detail of this room was well thought out - even the alarm clock with gradual lighting around the clock (loved it so much I ordered one from Amazon when I got home!). Customer service was exceptional and breakfast was delicious. (Highly recommend the french-toast with fresh fruit and powdered sugar. Yum!) This was my first stay at an Aloft location but definitely will not be my last.

After reading so many bad reviews I almost chose to stay somewhere else. Decided to try it as I had to attend a class that was being held at this location. I'm glad I did. Everything was top notch and I actually got thr best nights sleep that I had in years. Special thanks to LP for going above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. Her name is Latoya and she was the best.

Positive: Great customer service , accidentally left a personal item in room , called hotel I was able to get item , loved my stay ! Negative: Maybe include breakfast in stay !

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now & Mya at the front desk is amazing. She’s such a hard worker, she goes above and beyond for this place, there were nights she was juggling both the front desk and the bar she didn’t lack in either. I love this hotel & location however rooms do need some attention, none of the safes work & the lady manager possibly GM doesn’t know how to check people in properly. Everything else is great.
