Aloft Arundel Mills BWI Airport

Positive: convenient to what we needed, clean, friendly staff Negative: Only one bath towel for two people, and phone did not work to call lobby. Stay was for two nights, room was not refreshed for second night. No microwave in the room. Simple breakfast advertised, but not available 2nd morning.

Easy on-line reservations. OUTSTANDING front desk Customer Service. Great maintenance staff who rapidly corrected a minor television issue. Very comfortable rooms. Pool and Fitness Center were closed due to upgrades. Nice bar in lobby open until midnight. Nice pool table on lobby for guests. Very enjoyable stay!

I stay here fairly often. I love the room, the staff and the location. The shower is pretty sweet too! They have a little bar and a nice gym. K.C. Is checked me in and she is always so nice.

I absolutely loved my stay at Aloft! I was there for 9 days for both work and leisure, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Rae at the bar was AMAZING, thank you for always listening to our jokes and even our personal issues (lol). You truly made our nights more enjoyable! The front desk staff was friendly and incredibly kind to my son, which meant so much to me. The rooms were always clean, the courtyard was beautiful, and the gym was spotless and well-maintained. The only small downside was the lack of microwaves, but honestly, that didn’t take away from how wonderful the experience was overall. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

Michelle the shuttle driver was super nice! Very professional, personal, attentive to our needs as her customers/ hotel guests! We stayed in the hotel from 12/24/25-12/29/25 and Michelle drove us around quite a bit! She took us to the movie theater, Walmart, the mall several times, McDonald’s, Denny’s, and the casino several times! Some days she took us to several places in one day! She made recommendations as to where we should go, we had good conversations with her, and just generally enjoyed interacting with her! She was very easy to get along with and made us feel she was always happy to see us and happy to take us where we wanted to go! She was a huge part of making our trip enjoyable!
