Allure Suites

This property needs serious attention. I encountered bugs in multiple areas of the room — on the kitchen counters, in the drawers, and even on the bed sheets. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool had debris floating across the surface and clearly needed cleaning. The room rate was inexpensive, but this stay proved the saying: you get what you pay for. I reported the bug issue, and while the staff did respond quickly by spraying the room and offering me a different one, it was my last night. I had hoped the problem would have been addressed much earlier. Unfortunately, the spraying only seemed to make the bugs come out even more. The entire hotel is overdue for a full renovation. I stayed at a 2beds/2baths unit on 5th floor with a strong humidity smell, the furniture are extremely old, dirty (kitchen counter area) and in poor condition. The rooms have a good size but super old-fashioned and a broken dishwasher unable to use. The bathrooms were clean, the floor and shower tiles were clean, but the chairs in the living room were stained (disgusting). The location is the best thing this place has to offer.

Disgusting! In 8 decades of traveling, this is unequivocally the worst place I have ever stayed. Contrary to the descriptions and photos, Allure Suites is a dump. The rooms are suites with 2 rooms--bedroom and living/kitchen. The building itself appears to have endured several hurricanes without being repaired, paint inside and out faded and peeling, carpeting absolutely filthy-huge stains throughout. No breakfast provided and only cold stale coffee from a pump vacuum. The only redeeming quality is the staff who are friendly and helpful. I could list many more things, but bottom line, do not book here!

Booked the 2 bedroom suite for my BFF and I to have a spa getaway in Ft Myers for the weekend. Had I known the condition of the room I would've run fast and far away. Poor lighting, filthy furniture and curtains, stained and broken appliances. Pool was broken which is just as well since it rained all weekend. The bed was surprisingly clean but that was literally all. Feel like I need to boil myself after staying here. There was someone's bandaid (yes, really) over the peep hole. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN.

Positive: The staff was amazing but the hotel itself was horrible . Negative: The sinks and toilets and showers all backed . It smelled so bad ! There must have been a sewage backup. The dish washer was very moldy . There was no sheets or linen for the pull out couch. There was cigarette burns on the furniture. Tvs only in spanish
