Alden Hotel

They had to change our room twice because the sheets were filthy. Stains, Boot prints, blood stains etc. The cleaning crew needs to do better at this location making sure they wash and change the sheets after every guest checks out. Also we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the front desk reception to return. This was not a good experience especially after flying in from a flight and feeling tired.

I thank God for the experience at that Hotel. I met wonderful people as residents and visitors. The manger was very pleasant. The management was customer service friendly. They allowed my stay comfortable. The Housekeeping ladies were also very nice and friendly whenever l needed something for my room the ladies assisted with my needs.

Rude staff, no continental breakfast as stated. Then they were racist and wouldn't let me book for the next day. Price lower online than in person. Also, he is connected to the place a block away so if you can't get a room at Alden he won't give you one either, you have rooms, and you would let us sleep outside no commotion quiet very uncalled-for.

For the price and location you basically get what you get however the guy up front was very rude. Overall the room was somewhat clean but I had an issue with the comforter being soiled with what looked like blood. He brought up a set of sheets but told me he didn’t have a different comforter for me and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. The parking was ok but when it was time to leave I was blocked in and had to wait. Like I said for the price and location I wasn’t expecting 5 star service but at least make sure the rooms are clean

The worst hotel I ever stayed in, the room I stayed in wasn't clean...hair in the bathtub, blood stain on pillow, air condition wasn't blowing hot air, the only microwave available for the whole hotel was small that 7minute couldn't warm my food, Had to eat cold food because I didn't want to go back downstairs. No parking space. I would give this hotel negative rating If I could, I even had to pay $60 for early check-in on the same day. The receptionist was so uptight and it seemed I was forcing a conversation. THE WORST HOTEL IVE BEEN TO IN AND OUTSIDE OF THIS COUNTRY. I wish I could share photos and/or videos. People that gave this hotel good ratings are either staff, family or friends of staffs. I'll rather sleep in my car than come back here
