The female manager here is extremely disrespectful, rude would be an understatement. Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from a hotel. I hope no one endures the extremely inappropriate remarks and attitude my fiancé and I received. He had went back into the office after checking in to get the WiFi password and she was upset with him because he couldn’t understand her accent. When I went up to ask for matches, she completely ignored me.

i i had the very unfortunate luck of having to stay at this raggedy rundown cesspool. My wife and I were in town for a concert and having limited funds felt this was or best option. How wrong we were. This place is a absolute dump. The room was filthy beyond. Crusty dried on food in microwave. Fridge was the same very dirty. The bathroom had black mold on the baseboards and the shower was so filthy it was unsafe to use. Wife found a dirty sock behind the toilet. The black mold made us both sick. Dead crickets lying on the floor. Cobwebs in the windows. The site claims to have someone at the desk 24 hours. THEY DO NOT. We discovered this after returning for snacks and drinks to find we had issues with the crappy heating system in the room. Went to the office and door was locked and no one

Look, y'all, this is a standard, basic, no extras room. It was moderately clean, and the bedding was nice. The star of this room was the huge, retro bathroom! Great shower pressure, too! Great motel for your money. Very nice staff. Polite and accommodating. Room is pretty small, but very cozy. Perfect for my date night with hubby!

No frills - clean room, clean bed, clean bath. Desk clerk was very friendly. We checked in quickly. They told us at check-in that they had been full the night before and the room had been cleaned but the towels may not have been replaced yet and we should call if we needed them. We had to ask for towels and they were delivered quickly with follow-up to make sure they had arrived. We appreciated that the room had no carpeting - vinyl plank throughout. TV and fridge worked great. SHOWER WAS AWESOME. Literally the first decent hotel shower I've taken in two years, not matter what type of property I stayed at. Water was hot and came out of the shower head in a nice, strong stream.

The experience we had at this motel was a positive one overall. The man behind the desk was exceptionally polite, helpful, and accommodating. We chose this motel after calling to find out if there had been complaints of bedbugs and he not only assured me that there hadn't been, but allowed me to inspect the room before paying for it. I found none and am happy to say that after a week's stay, never saw a single bug of any kind. The room was small, but for the price, it served it's purpose satisfactorily. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean, shower hot and with wonderful water pressure. The staff doesn't bothering you, but we are keep-to-ourselves kind of people that don't require much attention.
