Aiden by Best Western Cape Cod - West Yarmouth

Listen to the negative reviews, especially the really bad ones. It will save you (and your health) a lot of grief and aggravation. Wow this hotel has severely gone downhill. Sitting in the lobby, the glass tabletops are smeared with whatever leftovers were left from a previous guest and there are stains EVERYWHERE. I saw an enormous bug creature that scurried from a sofa to a table…. The late night staff watches their phone with the sound on rudely while guests are there.|The entire place smells like trash, Indian food, and too much cleaner. And I don’t even know what they do with the cleaner because you don’t even want to put a toe on the carpeting… the walls are dripping with mold and mildew… my lungs became overwhelmed with a mustiness and odor from the commercial chemical sprays… I was

Have a sliding glass bathroom door that gives absolutely no privacy and doesn't stay closed. The included breakfast is pathetic I may have gotten there during the last hour and it looked like it was picked over maybe it would have been better if I got there 5:00 in the morning. They don't seem to replenish any of the food that is left out and what was there was pretty nasty. Also the pool was closed because somebody pooped in it so my kids didn't get to use the pool. They had some sort of sports event going on in the place was a madhouse. Also the Wi-Fi had so much packet loss it was useless. Had to use my cell phone hotspot.

I found the Aiden to be one of the better hotels on the Rout 28 strip. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I found the service to be very helpful and friendly. It was also a good value. Finally, the in house Indian restaurant had great food.

The Aiden best western in Yarmouth was extremely accommodating for our sons hockey team for the MLK WEEKEND! They were friendly understanding and patient. There were kids from all over running the halls having a blast playing knee hockey ding ding ditching and swimming in the pool! A true tournament experience! I am so thankful our son got this experience. I've gone to many hotels over the years for hockey and never ever had this experience 100/10. Also the breakfast was included!! Thank you!

Positive: It’s location Negative: The room was not clean and it had a strong chemical smell to it! Had a difficult time regarding understanding the person at the front desk as her accent was very different!
