Over all the service was great wonderful.... Except the water in the lovong area shouldnt have a noise as if it was a garage disposal.. very loud and can hear from other room... Also one staff member was very rude and rolled her eyes at us when children was around .. not a good role model for the kids if this is a family friendly hotel. Corporate off is informed of this woman and they TOO have received complaints from other quest . Rude and disrespectful.

The floor was covered with sand upon check-in. When I called for a vacuum cleaner to use, I was told they didn't have one for my use and to clean it myself with the old broom and dust pan in the room. There is not an elevator so highly recommend you are able to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Full size beds that are not that comfortable and creek when you roll over. Kitchen service for 2 even though there is a pullout couch for maximum of 4 people. Shower head needs changed. Location is good for easy access to popular attractions and eateries.

The smallest beds ever!!! Fine for one person maybe but not for a husband and wife. I couldn’t be more unhappy! Celebrating our 42nd. Anniversary we figured we would give this place a shot now we can’t even sleep in the same bed this is a first and last time. Never again. The biggest thing about a hotel room is having a clean and comfortable room with a bed that is comfortable that you could sleep in not a kids bed. Three nights here what a waste they said nothing they could do except one can sleep on the couch. Great thanks, so helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Rooms are well appointed and homey. Very clean. Two rooms, two bathrooms, and enough kitchen supplies and appliances to accommodate preparing leftovers and small meals that don’t require an oven or cooktop. Attention has been paid to need and detail. Staff are very kind and accommodating, wanting to make our stay perfect. We will recommend to friends and family wholeheartedly!
