Don’t stay here they are thieves !!!! I wish I read more reviews before my stay . Scroll done to read all reviews there are similar experiences here !! The people behind the desk want cash and they do not provide a proper receipt for payment . They are obviously keeping the cash for themselves .First These rooms are dirty and the parking lot full of ice was never cleared for quests during the outage !! Here booked a room I was suppose to have it for 3 nights . I paid $100.00 cash the first night as the man behind the counter said he would prefer over the phone and in person . I give them a copy of my license as well at check in with the cash . I heard them tell several others checking in he would do a better deal if they also paid cash . I didn’t not get a receipt . Great bed, great value and great location. The room was neat, clean and tidy. Walls are a little thin (noise) but the amazing bed pits you out quickly. Fantastic value and worthy of your consideration.

Pleasantly surprised! Couldn’t have been happier.Beds were comfortable with nice pillows and linens.Extremely clear and bathroom sparkled.Indoor pool and hot tub were the best and super clean, hot tub temp was perfect but…. the pool was really warm and very enjoyable. Other guests that we talked with were just as happy. Keep up the good work.

Positive: It was reasonably priced Room was clean and housekeeping had everything set up nicely. I liked that there was a table and chairs. Negative: My credit card card was used in a fraudulent manner the day after I used it at this hotel. This was the only credit card transaction on my trip I don't know if the two were related but it made me question their on line and payment security.

When my fiancé went to the front desk to check in, the receptionist was there and asked for the regular check in identification items, he also asked if we could change rooms to bay view for the first night as it was available to book and she replied no, saying that it was too much work. She asked if we would like room cleaning during our stay, which was only two days and he replied yes but nobody came to clean the room at any point. What’s the point in asking if you’re not going to provide the service? It’s extremely disrespectful to not follow through with an asked service. Also, she ended up being the cleaning person. They also give a list of things to note and on there it states last minute requests for room cleaning will not be accommodated that you can go to the front desk and get the
