Bayside Resort Hotel - Cape Cod

Was here for an event in their conference room. Hotel is decent. Rooms were nice enough. However, there are no elevators and you must go downstairs to the breakfast area in the basement. And if you have heavy items going into the conference room, you either have to use the boat ramp or you have to drag things up and down the stairs. Not super convenient that way. Nice fireplace out at the water. Seems like plentiful parking. Good places to eat in the area.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The noise levels from 8pm -midnight are terrible if you happen to have a room by the pool or bar. Children were running up and down the halls and unfortunately the hotels walls are so thin this noise is amplified. I can only imagine the noise level in June - we went in January. The room had a constant odor. I’m not sure what it was but it was incredibly unpleasant. The rooms are outdated and the tv is an old cable tv (not a smart tv). I will say the breakfast was nice and the owner was friendly upon check in. The pool was also maintained well.

The facility was packed with drunk golfers who acted like they ran the place. No consideration for other guests with any of the offerings like bar, fire pits, were tailgating in the parking lot until late at night. Definitely NOT a family place. The room was amazing but we spent a lot of money but couldn't enjoy it. Would NOT recommend for families or couples. If you're looking for a middle aged frat party in the facility & parking lot, then this place is for you. We will NOT return

We booked the first time and they cancelled on us because someone on their staff did it incorrectly. We had to call multiple times in order to get rebooked, not understanding what happened. We were told a different price 3 separate times. Each time we've called we feel like an inconvenience to the staff. The customer service has been a bit disappointing. My husband and I wanted to take our toddler somewhere fun for the long weekend so we are going to try and make the best of it for him. No review on the room or location since we have yet to go.

Just okay. Room smelt like farts, which was odd. Picture window wasn’t as large as we thought, outdoor pool isn’t heated so essentially not usable this time of year. Indoor pool was nice. No fan in the room or bathroom so either AC or Heat has to be actively running changing the room temp if you want any air circulation or noice dampening. Fire pits are nice but open till 11 so if you have a room with a view expect corresponding noise. Fitness center is outdated with most machines having some function not available. Neat clothes line in the bathroom to dry clothes- larger sized fridge than other places we have stayed- lots of bird life in the marsh to watch. Breakfast was low end of what you’d expect for continental. Okay but really just not worth the price point when there’s so many other
