THE worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The pictures on the website have to be at least 20 years old… At least 20!!! The heat did not work in the middle of winter in Michigan. The tv in the “living room” does not work either. The couch and carpet are filthy!! The kitchen floor is dirty and the grout is black!! Not because it’s supposed to be. But because it’ has not been properly cleaned in years.. And to top it off, their office closes nightly at 7. So we have to freeze all night. With no help coming. Emergency maintenance??? Nope! Please know that I am not exaggerating.. The lady in the office Carol was very nice and helpful during the reservation process. She was the best part. But this room or so called Suite is terrible. I don’t mean to be mean but it’s a hard No for me..

Positive: Location and the kitchenette. Negative: No one at reception 7 pm to9 am during the week and 4 pm to 10 am on weekends.

bed bugs and roaches everywhere! They were there at arrival and they refused to move us. Insisted sending pest control. Others on our same floor told us they had the same issue and were leaving. We watched them toss several rooms of furniture out during our stay and still denied it was THEIR issue. Ultimately they kicked us out refusing to let us switch rooms or ANYTHING stating we brought bed bugs from the laundromat (bc their washer and dryers DONT WORK).... um hey guess what, by the reviews, this place needs to be shut down for HEALTH AND SAFETY hazards. Ive seen them rent to MANY minors throwing parties/selling cat. It was a wild time.

I will give Sam 5 stars he is so helpful soo nice he was truly a blessing while we was waiting for waiting for our home to get ready , we stayed here for a month, I’ll give the hotel 3 stars, the furniture is outdated n very old when I called and told them we checked out the lady said we broke the lil table when we did not, the furniture was basically glued on fall apart soon as I set something on it!!!!! , I did see a roach just one the kitchen sink stops up really fast ! The stove doesn’t get hot that good , but I will say Sam is the best I really appreciate him
