AC Hotel St. Louis Central West End

Customer service was hands down the best. Not only that but the lobby is so cozy walking in. Then you get to a flawless room ready to help you soak in the time you spend. It is so close to attractions I would walk to them. A block away is a chess museum and it was incredibly. Very friendly people and they are very accommodating. My daughter sent me woth a stuffed giraffe named Giraffey on my travels. I think he took the city by storm. We used the conference room as it was a business trip and they were always ready to help refill water bring in extra chairs and so much more.

Great hotel. Not too busy around Thanksgiving week, I want to to say the valet was great, different experience with everything being electronically but it seem faster to get your car. Kory was great , sucks he had to work on Thanksgiving but at least he still had a smile on his face making things happen. Overall nice hotel and great experience.

The impression will depend on who will be at the reception. some workers are very nice, some are rude and arrogant. hotel stylish minimalism. lobby spacious and has a fireplace and beautiful bar. I like it. not the cleanest. on the floor in the room and in the corridors crumb. I love shower here. New beautiful gym. Some rooms have a microwave oven. Nearby many restaurants and Whole Foods. 5 minutes walk to bubble tea cafe

Overall experience was great. However, they messed up my billing. I provided documentation and authorization from my employer a month in advance and at check-in. However, my personal card was still charged. This has happened at other locations before and they've fixed their error. However, at this establishment they decided that it was too difficult. I spoke with multiple people including upper management and not one person could resolve their mistake. An apology does not correct a mistake nor does it resolve a headache that I now have to go through to get my reimbursement back from my employer. Lesson learned. This is the perfect area to stay because it is in the middle of everything you would want to do in St. Louis, but I'll never stay here again.

Great hotel experience , my room was clean and no odors. Also wanted to shout out the valet staff Kory. He really is the face of the customer service at this place. He explained the valet process so simple and also was very quick bringing back my vehicle . Very good guy. I would recommend this place.
