A&A Lake Tahoe Inn

Positive: Nothing. It was completely filthy. Negative: Did not like anything about this hotel. It was absolutely filthy. There was dirty sheets on the bed. There was throw up on the side of the bed. That was throw up on the wall. The bathroom was gross. We found marijuana on the floor.

Yikes! This place has gone way downhill. It was filthy. The carpet was wet and the room smelled awful. Zero amenities. The housekeepers all hang outside smoking and we’d chosen this location over the Nevada-side casinos to avoid cigarette smoke.

I've never seen a hotel this disgusting. Stained wrinkled pillow cases, toilet not cleaned, moldy shower curtain, cigarette butt's on the door mat. The bedding wasn't tucked in & hanging on the floor. It stunk like cigarette smoke. I didn't do any research. Pulled into the parking lot not realizing anyone in the Tahoe area could get away with running a business like this. After I had a chance to see the room I dropped my key off at the front desk & went down the street to one of the casinos for only $30 more.

Probably the worst place to stay. Check-in was delayed because the room wasn't ready. The mattresses were stained with some kind of suspicious substance (probably urine), as were the pillowcases and pillows. The carpet was dirty, the refrigerator was disgusting, even the TV box was wet, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The mirror and shower looked dirty, and it was clear they didn't clean it properly since there were still soda bottles in the room.

Came in late and wanted to experience something local. What a mistake. In my 70 years, I have stayed at hundreds of motels. This place ranks in the bottom 4 of the worst places I have stayed in the US and Europe. The carpet was stained. The TV did not worked and the internet was so slow I could not use. The lamps only had one bulb that worked. The curtains did not cover the windows so the room was flooded with sunlight at dawn. The toilet seat cover where it meets the lid was filthy. I could not ask for refund because no one would answer the bell. Should be reported to the health department.
