A1 Sunset Mobile & RV Park

I wouldn't recommend this place to NOBODY. The lady in the main office quoted me a price over the phone, and then when I arrived at the place, she couldn't even find the price sheet. It took the manager to tell me, which was higher than what she quoted me. You have to get your camper inspected before you get a spot. The spaces are too close to each other, and not very good spots I might add. The bathrooms are poorly taking care of, and I wouldn't even let me dog go in there. I stayed there for about 2hrs, and got the hell out of there. Couldn't stay there more than that.

Stayed there for a few months and after in the middle of winter they kicked us out. Citing our camper .."was not up to par". At the time it was icy and very cold. When we moved in I told them and they were aware that I was remodeling it. The son who is taking over from the original owners is kind of rude and disrespectful. While I was out of town he then gave my roommates that he knew were there, days to fix any issue he seen fit. At that time it was sub zero for most of the month. I feel like he should be able to talk to people there. Also there was a better way of him handling the situation in my opinion. I would not suggest staying there if you don't have the best RVs or the best of everything they'll probably kick you out right away they'll sure take your money to begin with though

I had the pleasure to stay here for the night my vehicle broke down. And can I say staff was very friendly and the people staying there are great too. I'm not from this state but I tell you what Nebraska will always treat you right God bless these people and hope they continue to shine and be a great business I would recommend to all. I even made a good friend their SHOUT OUT TO JEFF IF YOU SEE THIS FRIEND WE MADE IT HOME SAFE AND SOUND.

Nice Quiet park. Very affordable. The owner is a sweetheart.! Makes you feel like family. Friendly people that live here! Everyone watches out for each other. Laundry is very reasonable. Bathroom not gorgeous but does the job( just wear flip flops in the shower. I do that no matter where I go;) )

Whoever gave this RV park a 4.5 was full of it. I would rate it a 3.0 if that. The RV park is a full time residents home of many folks who live there all year long. The park was way outa the way. The laundry facility were not well maintained. I will have to say the park manager was very friendly and helpful.
