The check- in was not as seamless as it should have been. Code didn't work at check in and they had us doubled booked in cabin 28 with another party. ||Cabins were not as expected- did not look anything like on website. The inside walls of our cabin were cheap, rough plywood covered in chipped black paint. Not the bright, smooth, finished wood of many of the other cabins. We chose to stay at this hotel here because of the aesthetics (which is clearly a large part of the brand) but was disappointed. They need to make it clear on the website that not all cabins are the same. I brought this to the attention of the staff and after they insisted all cabins are the same with the same wood (when they are clearly not) they offered to switch me to another cabin but that cabin overlooked a construct

Amazing getaway! Susanne and her team were a delight and made our stay unforgettable. Every detail was so well thought out from the decor, amenities, location, food/drink menus, to the music and even Sunday morning cartoons playing while we enjoyed our delicious complimentary bagels and burritos. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you to Susanne, Chef John, Emily, Chloe, Alex, Noah and everyone that made our stay extra special.

Absolutely incredible place to have stayed in during my first visit to Winter Park. For starters, I loved how the environment of the cabin felt, it was so incredibly welcoming and so comfortable. I have very high standards as to what makes a place welcoming for me, and A Frame Club exceeded my expectations. The cabin itself got warm super fast and the view was fantastic. I loved how the sunlight entered the cabin and how bright it was. I also appreciated how thoughtful the front office in making sure that I got to the cabin safe super late as the plane from DFW to DEN got delayed and the snow started to get heavier once I was closer to Winter Park. We stayed here four nights and we are sad to leave! Starting at check-in it was quick and easy! I love that it is a keyless entry system. You get a pin number at check in for your door so no fumbling trying to find a key card! The cabins are very spacious. We are traveling with our teenager and our one year-old and I will say we have a cabin with a spiral staircase, which was I’m sure a lot easier than the other staircase that I’ve seen in photos so I would suggest that if you do have small ones that you’re going to have to carry up and down from the loft area Ask to get a cabin with a spiral staircase. The ladies working here are a wonderful bunch. Split a spectacular couple of meals (short rib stroganoff and the steak) with my wife one night. Such heartwarmingly hearty food after a day on the mountain. My wife fell ill overnight and when I stopped in looking for a ginger ale they sent me on my way with a whole four pack, a couple cokes, and well wishes for her.
