A Cabin on the Cliff

Absolutely beautiful view and decent amenity, but needs lots of updating. The hot tub is older but works, the shades for the hot tub hut are torn and many snaps missing to hold in place; inside the place just needs to be updated. It’s got an old vibe to it and doesn’t seem to be 100% operational (ie the heating system). Realistically though, it’s a beautifully built cabin and a great view!

I booked this place solely because of the hot tub and the location - cliff with the view. This cabin did not disappoint!!! It is worth every penny! The hot tub is AMAZING with curtains all around that you can put down to protect you from the wind and the roof. The view is spectacular!!! It feels very secluded and peaceful. The beds are comfy, the shower is amazing and they even have nice long robes for you to wear for the hot tub! They also have a grill outside and a nice wooden swing bench! I would definitely come back and stay here again!!! It is definitely a hidden gem of Seward! 😻

Such a cool place. We stayed here with over Thanksgiving and had a great time. We had visited Seward in the summer BUT Seward in the off season is perfect. The cabin is across the street from Two Lakes Trail. We took the dogs there a couple days in a row and found different trails every time. It's a beautiful location away from noise and people. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique stay in Seward. The views are hard to beat.

I stayed at this cabin on a cliff several years ago with some friends on my birthday. The view is breathtaking and the historic vibes were cool. My friend and I even saw a white ghostly mist hovering in the kitchen area and some spooky vibes downstairs. Just wondering if anyone else has had a shared experience here?

We stayed here years ago and had a lovely time but went back and it was very poorly kept! The hot tub wouldnt get warmer than 93 degrees and the water level was too low to use the jets. The outdoor hot tub was one of the reasons we had booked it! There was a dirty stove and microwave in the cabin. Safety concerns for us were the lack of smoke detector upstairs and the downstairs door was unlocked when we arrived! The furnace was malfunctioning and we were not able to sleep all night long because it sounded like a jet airplane taking off underneath us every 1-2 minutes! No joke- it shook the upstairs cabin floor! We talked to the supervisor but we’re not given any sort of refund even though we were unable to use the hot tub and they had known previously that there was an issue with the fur
