So, let’s start off with I’ve had ok experiences, and really bad ones. Let’s start off with no parking in the back. It’s overly crowded. My husbands car was hit due to over crowdedness. The 2nd floor is very loud, heard a few physical altercations, as well as verbal. Children banging on the walls, and screaming. I’ve had to switch rooms a few times. I’ve been told there are no rooms. I’ve also been told that they let ppl rent with no id required. Even though the desk window says, ID required! The Ice buckets smell like wet dog. They allow pets so I’m assuming those Ice buckets are being used as water bowls. Hair all in the clean towels, and sheets! I could go on and on, but whatever you do! avoid the second floor if at all possible ! The Vine is a good Hotel! as well as The Hilltop in Yonk
Good place for a short stay, no restaurant on site but quite a few within walking distance. Room was spacious, had a huge king bed. There were no amenities, no bathwash or wash cloth. Clerks that i met at checkin and during my stay were helpful. Security guard was pretty helpful too. No cleaning service was given during my 3 day stay. I received extra towels when I asked. Overall very good location.
Positive: "" Negative: The noise level between staff during the hours of 10 pm and 4 pm. It was hard to sleep with all the loud talking to the point were I got up twice on two different days to say keep it down but it continued throughout the night and into the morning hours.
I stayed at 7 Days Hotel for around eight days, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The moment I entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which never went away. On top of that, the hotel was constantly noisy — people shouting late at night, no sense of privacy, and to make matters worse, there were dogs barking endlessly on my floor, apparently left alone in someone’s room. Despite reporting this, the receptionist wasn’t able to do anything about it. Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping never showed up even once. No cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic service and a comfortable environment, but this hotel failed on both fronts. Overall, it was very disappointing, overpriced, and definitely not worth t
BEWARE! Thought it would be reasonable as a low-cost option with no frills. Was given a room down in the basement, which smelled like an ashtray when I entered. Realizing I wouldn't be able to deal with that stench for three nights, I went immediately to ask for a refund. Was told by the front desk "yeah, yeah sure, no problem. Just call booking.com and it will all get sorted out." About 10 phone calls to both the hotel and to booking, each time being promised "yeah, we'll refund, no problem." and a month later, still nothing. Definitely my mistake thinking I could deal with a lower-tier place for a few nights. But this is a tier below that, so stay away unless the barest of bare is what you need.
