44 Spanish Street Inn (Adults Only)

We just left from a wonderful stay here. This is an absolute gem of a bed and breakfast. The room was quaint and cozy, the bed was so comfortable, there is a jetted tub, toiletries, water on each nightstand, and I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. You can’t ask for a better location, just steps from shops, restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life, cooked from scratch and so delicious. Brian the owner was so nice and made us feel welcome. Ryan who checked us in and also did breakfast service was also welcoming and so kind. It was a perfect stay. We will definitely return again and again.

The Spanish Inn B&B is a great choice to stay over for a vacation. It was clean and it had a warm ambiance to it. The owner and his staff were all nice and friendly. The owner has good taste in decorating the entire property, and was so humble and kind while we stayed over at the room Orchid for three nights during the New year's. There was a small hiccup where our door didn't unlock, however he came to have it fixed and made sure we were okay. Also, the breakfast were beautifully served. The property sits in the middle of the historic downtown, walkable, is a perfect spot and people often admire how quaint and charming it is. We will definitely come back :)

Stayed 3 nights for a quick getaway. The Inn is located right in the middle of the historic district and is within easy walking distances of many shops, restaurants and sights. Breakfast was wonderful, and Ryan was a great host. Be forewarned this is an historic spot, don’t expect the Ritz, but expect a cozy spot that provided a great experience.

Tina and Kim were wonderful hosts and chefs. The new owner plans to renovate. Our room was small but it was the best shower. Very clean and well appointed. Access to the front balcony was a plus. Very nice outdoor seating options. Breakfast was awesome. Close to the fort, shopping, the trolley. Definitely would stay again. Free parking a plus!

I am thoroughly disappointed in this place. The room is small and has very obvious signs of wear (paint missing, cracks, and a fan WE had to spin to get going). The parking is far off which isn’t exceptionally convenient, but certainly not the most disastrous part of this. The jacuzzi tub was interesting but the water from the tap went cold before we had even enough water to use the jets. The “drinks and coffee bar” was pathetic. The Keurig was nothing special. I mean, no water? At all? Ridiculous, even the lowest level hotel has a bottle. The gal at the front desk was absolutely clueless and unhelpful, which was super unfortunate in trying to find the breakfast cafe. As a local who always wanted to stay at one of these places I am EMBARRASSED of this place. A complete scam and waste of ne
