The highlight here is if you need a place to stay and have a dog. The room was ok, middle of winter they have an extraordinary lightweight comforter and in order to stay warm you need to run the AC/heat compressor that makes about the same noise as a semi truck. The service at the front was very good not a whole lot of additional amenities but then again it’s a cheap room The location is nice less than a five minute walk to the gondola at Heavenly, also in a great area for restaurants and shopping Downfall with the location very busy street that has traffic all hours of the night and day and for sure you can hear it Be careful of their checkout policy as they’ll let you stay till 1130 and every half hour after that it’s an extra hundred dollars!! She’s gon I definitely wouldn’t stay

On 12.20/25, 2nd day of our stay, we heard strange noise and upon looking into the bedroom, water was flowing from the ceiling fan, the smoke detectors, light switches and electrical outlets. Water was flowing from the ceiling in the restroom as well. Workers were upstairs and were summoned and came down immediately. One hotel staff came over and meekly apologized and said he would look into moving us rooms. The hotel staff did nothing else to offer help, thus us rushing to grab our belongings that are water damaged and ruined. We moved 6 people as quickly as we could before further chaos and safety could ensue. As of writing this review (12/22/25), our check out date, management has not contacted me and was told she doesn't work on the weekends and not available to discuss the incide

This property’s staff and management practices are horribly inadequate. They are rude, in-accommodating and tell lies to refuse refunds. During the February snowstorm, we looked at the weather forecast a week out and saw that during the days we were heading to Tahoe, that it was clear. Of course we cannot predict the weather changes so we kept our reservation. The weather changed and got worse on the day we were traveling and checking in. ALL roads heading to Tahoe were closed. I provided screenshots all day to booking.com showing closures. I contacted the hotel the day of and they flat told lies stating the roads were opened even though we were stuck in i50. I argued that it was and had solid proof from a government website which provides updates in real time. They profusely denied roa

Nice lodge feeling with a modern design & low price. Walkable to lake & stores nearby. Amazing huge jacuzzi & pool. My room had a comfortable memory foam bed & mini kitchen. $35/night was amazing. I stayed here longterm & staff was wonderful & helpful 5* Chris & Thomra & ladies. Limited parking, but i always found a spot. Clean & one night i was upgraded to a suite ( 1 bedroom w/ kitchen & huge bath tub & fireplace). Poolside rooms are nice too in summertime. Charming place.

Positive: The location and size of the King Studio were Amazing Negative: The carpet was atrocious, but everything else was Awesome 😎
