Yreka Motel & Trailer Park

Place is disgusting and frequently vandalized. Managers do not take care of the place and everything is overpriced. Shattered glass everywhere along with tweakers for neighbors. Left for a reason. If 0 stars was an option is what I'd give it. If you have children and don't do meth... Stay away from this place.

Despite its horrid past reputation I have found it to be an up and coming family oriented stay. New ownership and team management strategies continue to reap improvements as they continue to try to help locals needing a little help and support. I've lived here close yo half a year and continue to see improvements on all levels each month. Time tell . If suggest a name change as it gives the indication it's a short stay motel but in fact it is an apartment complex of unorthodox. Looking forward to seeing more improvements .

First time I stayed there with my husband, it wasn't bad at all. The manager then, Ira Cushman, was a great man.||||Once Mr. Dave Brule took possession of that property, however, it became quite bad. At first it was ok, Dave made some good changes, such as remodeled rooms and new furnishings and energy efficient appliances. At this time, I would've given it a full 5 star rating then.||||Now, anyone who currently lives there is best off keeping their heads down, mouths silent, and issuing no complaints whatsoever unless they wish to be placed on the "Do Not Rent To" list. Mr. Brule is a federal court attorney but commits discrimination against the disabled and those who issue a single complaint. Those who issue any complaint and speak up become labeled "problem complainers". I advise any

Although I never had the privilege to stay in such luxury, Beautiful blue buildings . The trailer park, located along the majestic Yreka Creek makes this a vacation you could never forget. My favorite Motel on earth, But I never had the privilege of staying at such a Romantic place. Your Welcome.

Appears to be Under New Management and they're trying to clean the place up. Still providing homes for people that have no other choices. Getting rid of the trash.
