Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel

3 stars for appearance of rooms and casino. The new pool and hot tub look fantastic which was not open? Why at 3:00pm in the afternoon and rest of day on a Sunday? We came for Super Bowl and paid the pkg price for room and food. We’ve stayed once before when hotel 1st opened. Super Bowl package was a good price, food was just ok but no cocktail waitresses or bar in Event Center where it was held (but a few showed up later) so people had to walk all the way out to the casino to get a cocktail or beer on Super Bowl? Prizes for raffle were horrible 1 nice prize at beginning maybe rather no prizes better food. Mostly the reason I gave 3 stars was the rooms are beautiful but the heating/AC exchange is SO LOUD the unit is located right by your head (headboard area) again super loud and a LED red

The hotel is very nice. The beds were wonderful. Very nice pillows. Would have had the perfect nights sleep but the fan went out so we could hear the fans and alarms in other rooms. Had dinner at the restaurant. The service was great, the food wonderful and abundant. The only thing that kept us from going back for breakfast, or probably ever, is having to go thru the smoking section of the casino to get there. That really is a deal breaker. May go back to sleep but will probably eat before we get there.

I stayed overnight at the new Rain Rock Hotel & Casino in Yreka, the perfect halfway-point location on my regular Oregon to California trips. I think the new hotel portion of Rain Rock is absolutely beautiful! My room was sparkling clean in every aspect, beautifully decorated in modern high-end finishes, with a comfortable bed and a quiet location. I asked for a room with a bathtub and was surprised to find a long, deep soaking tub! I arrived in the evening late in November (no plans to use outdoor amenities like pool or spa) and oh…the pool area is beautiful, modern and high-end looking. It has a modest sized rectangular pool and 4 separated in-ground hot tubs, with multiple seating areas and fire features privately nestled at the base of a hill. My husband and I had an unplanned stay here on our trip. The hotel side is lovely and smoke free. The service was pleasant and the rooms were comfortable with great beds. We like the room set up. We can't comment on the Casino area as we only walked through. We're not usually impressed by Casino restaurants but our breakfast at the Rain Rock Cafe was very good! Special shout out to our waitress Pauline, she was very personable and fun.

Only way to get in is through the smoking section and my wife's pregnant so thats a no go on our way to the clean side i noticed they have maybe 40 percent of the games offered on the otherside. All the good slots were in the smoking room. The hits were lower then I've ever seen them and I've gone alot
