Positive: Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy access to water. Negative: Very noisy - bring earplugs. The "resort fee" is ridiculous. The mattress is old and not supportive. The bare concrete floors in the room was an odd choice - at least paint them or finish them. The shower needs a larger glass enclosure.

Genuinely one of the most pleasant and enjoyable traveling experiences I've ever had. Marcelino and the rest of the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. The vibes of the hotel are fabulous and immediately made me feel at ease. The delicious drinks at the gorgeous bar didn't hurt either. Love the water taps on every floor, and the design of the rooms is great. Not huge but comfortable and supplies with everything one could want. Definitely planning on staying here again my next time in DC.

Really loved our stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful with such a classy ambiance. The room was so spacious, and the fixtures in the room are modern and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable, no noise issues. The staff at the front desk, the door, and the restaurant were all so kind and respectful. The location is great, we were able to walk to a lot of different cafes and restaurants and the metro. My husband and I would love to stay here again and will be recommending to all our friends!

Unlike any other hotel I had stayed in before. We were met but a friendly and warm ambience as we walked through the door, with great music playing - you could even hire a turn table and listen to a myriad of albums they had all over the shelves in reception and the breakfast area - amazing! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Being a family of 4, the room was a good size and plenty of space to put all our luggage. Free coffee in the room, but also free still and sparkling water was available on every floor of the hotel, even supplying each room with a bottle to fill. The downstairs area was a large open plan space with a large bar and comfortable seating areas. There was also easy access to a privately run deli (Call your Mother), so the open planned area was a mixture of hotel

This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I booked this room November 10, 2025. They called me on February 13, 2026, less than a week before our trip to say they overbooked and needed to split us into 2 non-adjoining rooms with small children. The rooms were tiny with almost no light, both showers leaked so the bathroom floors would flood. The phone didn't work in one of the rooms and no microwaves or freezers. We had to drive around for 30 minutes because we could've get the car into the valley sure to being blocked. We booked through team travel source with a guaranteed valet fee of $40/night. They kept trying to charge us full price $65/night for valet, I didn't received a bill so I'm unsure what they charged me. Needless to say I will never stay at this terrible hotel again.
