I had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Washington, DC from December 2–5. From the moment I called before arrival to the final night of my visit, the service was warm, polished, and truly personalized. At check-in, Dymond welcomed me, thanked me for my Hilton loyalty, and acknowledged that I was in town celebrating a friend’s birthday while enjoying a relaxing getaway. That attention to detail carried throughout my stay. I was especially touched to find a thoughtful relaxation amenity in my room—bath salts, pillow spray, sleep mask, and a handwritten note encouraging me to enjoy my time away. We had the most wonderful stay at the Conrad! The service was amazing, the staff members were all incredibly kind, and the rooms were comfy and clean. We had the best experience with our concierge, Katie. Between her bubbly and outgoing personality and her constant willingness to help, she truly made our visit the best it could have been. She went above and beyond for us - helping my husband get a balloon bouquet for my birthday and delivering a gluten free dessert to our room. She remembered our names throughout our visit and was sure to see how we were doing every time we passed her table. We will definitely be back next time we visit DC!
