The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown is a stunning boutique-style gem! ​I loved the cozy, intimate feel of this hotel. It has such a cool history—the building used to be an old industrial incinerator from the 1930s! You can still see the massive 130-foot red brick chimney tower and original steel beams, which give it so much character. ​The amenities are amazing, and the staff really makes you feel at home. Plus, the location is unbeatable. You’re just steps away from the local Georgetown market, incredible restaurants, and the beautiful Georgetown Waterfront Park. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want luxury with a side of D.C. history.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is intimate and relaxing and in a great location in the heart of Georgetown. What really stood out were the staff. They were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We traveled with 3 small kids and everyone went out of their way to help and keep the little ones happy. Everything was seamless.

Charming property with good location on a side street. Lots of individuality for an RC - brick and modern art. The structure is a bit quirky in the layout being a converted something. It's also quite small - very intimate feeling. Very attentive service.

Staff and service here are awesome, and everything from the lobby to the spacious, well appointed rooms is great! Converting a historic space to a luxurious hotel has immense challenges but it’s a refreshing success here. Only minor issue is that you take a flight of stairs & long hallway to access elevators for rooms—but all attractively done and manageable. Upon arrival, George greeted us and helped with both our car (valet is fast) and luggage, and he remained a welcome and familiar face through our stay. Both the restaurant & in-room dining were excellent, and the hotel had special sweet treats offered each day which was a nice touch.
