Capitol Hill Flats

Surprisingly well-located, well-maintained and equipped flat. Punctual information on how to check in and out. New appliances including washer and dryer. Beds and pillows were new. They put top quality soap and shampoo.

The Capital Hills Flats studio I had was great and perfect for what I needed on my first trip to DC. Room: The studio was clean, modern and included a very comfortable bed, a kitchenette, plenty closet space, good sized bathroom with tub, and a nice writing desk that viewed the cute neighborhood. The kitchenette included dishes, silverware, a Kuereg coffee machine, etc. Location: The flat was walking distance from the Capitol and National Mall. Everyday of my stay I was easily able to walk to all the different museums, memorials and monuments. Also, it is not far from Trader Joe’s or CVS if you need to pick up some snacks or maybe thing you may have forgotten or need. On the way there, you can pass by other local shops and boutiques. Great location, great apartment with everything we needed, close to all the sights, cafes and grocery store. Apartment was spotlessly clean! Would highly recommend!

Sweet little place that has nice apartments. They get a few people that stay there as a hotel for the place and cots. Over all it is a great place.
