Booking through Hyatt made everything seamless, and The Yacht Club at the Boca Raton absolutely exceeded expectations. The property is stunning—elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The butler service was a fantastic touch, adding an extra layer of luxury to an already exceptional stay. With endless amenities on-site, it truly felt like a private paradise. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at—and probably my favorite in the U.S.

We had a business trip in this area. We wanted to stay somewhere special and upscale. The Boca Raton was beautiful and well kept. We were here for 5 nights. We witnessed plenty of interactions with the bartenders. various restaurant waiters, and everyone was nice and attentive. The place is bigger than I thought. We had the best views from the harbor. The balcony was perfect to relax in. There is a party in the water every weekend. The golf course is way more impressive than my game. The gym is nice and large. The valet is nice but gets packed on the weekend. This is the place to visit when you are on! Breakfast in the yacht club has amazing views.

The hotel management's lack of attention to concerns and dismissive attitude towards guests are concerning. It feels as though they prioritize profits over addressing issues, leaving guests feeling undervalued and disrespected. Daniel A. Hostettler, the President and Chief Executive Officer, seems indifferent to resolving issues and even suggests legal action as a solution. It's disappointing that the focus seems to be solely on extracting money from guests rather than providing a satisfactory experience.
