Tower at The Boca Raton

I just returned and from the moment you arrive till you check out impeccable service. The staff cannot do enough to be helpful! We stayed in the tower in a corner suite which was beautiful with a great view.We ate in the hotel breakfast everyday, again great food and service. I realized I lost my wallet when I returned and again the staff went above to find it, which they did. Can’t wait to return next year. I also want to mention Guy from reservations who was extremely helpful.

Disappointing Experience for the Price I recently stayed at The Tower at Boca Raton and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for a property charging around $1,000 per night. The room itself was nice, but not at a level that justified the price, especially given how many basic amenities were missing or required extra fees. We didn’t receive robes in our room (even after requesting them), just a robe tie hanging in the closet. They did provide a complimentary clementine and water bottles but there were no simple in-room touches like tea, a microwave, or anything that made the stay feel thoughtful or welcoming. Food access was surprisingly limited. There’s no all-day or 24/7 option, and after 11am you’re essentially on your own. The pool closes at 6pm, which felt unusually early fo

Everyone is extremely nice at the hotel. Sam, the director/manager, makes the best drinks! The views are beautiful up here and the food is great!

Connor who is a server at the Tower was wonderful! I’m pregnant, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything to be comfortable, and he took great care of our entire group. Thank you Connor and Boca Raton team for a wonderful stay!
