Positive: The closeness to the places we went to Negative: Ask for a pillow did not receive and I was over charged for the parking garage it was suppose to be 25 a day I got charged 30

We stayed here from February 28 to March 1. The room itself was very clean, but Netflix was not available on the TV. After a long drive, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit unwelcoming. The front desk staff did not greet guests upon arrival. The next morning, my wife went to the front desk to heat up our food. No one was there initially, and when the staff finally came out, there was still no greeting. Even though guests were coming in and out of the lobby, the front desk employees were mostly chatting and laughing among themselves. A manager or supervisor (wearing a striped long-sleeved top) was also present, but no one seemed attentive to the guests in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was good sized with a walk in shower, large bath towels, decent water pressure. Pillows were comfy. They had a lovely breakfast spread each morning. They're dog friendly, but it's expensive unless you're there a few nights. Covered parking garage was $25/night. Friendly staff. Flanigan's is right across the street. Excellent food for very reasonable prices. Baby back ribs are excellent!

We really enjoyed our two nights at the Hyatt. It was in a great location, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious; beds and pillows were comfortable. We liked the covered parking garage, although not the $25/night parking fee! The breakfast offerings were very nice, especially the fresh fruit bowl! We definitely would stay here again if we're in the area.

Incredibly deceptive and robotic check in. The only hotel I have been to that wanted me to change my key card and get locked out daily, and acted like that was standard procedure. Furthermore they do not disclose in the app paid parking is essentially required, they only tell you about the “free parking” “somewhere” once you complain. Parking in the garage is $25 a night making it a significant unforeseen expense if you are staying for a few days. If you ask for it to be removed they will just call you unethical, gas light you, and straw man you. The rooms were pretty small and the bathroom door locks are so poorly maintained they don’t lock. If you have a HYATT credit card or book with points they kind of treat you like a second class citizen because you didn’t pay full price at front de
