The Boca Raton

We enjoyed our stay but the bed wasn't good so we won't be back. Pros: All common areas were beautiful and spotless . They were well staffed and everyone we interacted with was nice and helpful. They offered great pools. We went for the spa and it was top notch, one of the best spa experiences of my life. The food was good but not amazing. Cons: The bed was extremely firm, if you don't prefer a hard bed you won't sleep. The pillows were flat, we requested foam pillows (which they offer) several times and never successfully got them. Food and drinks are overpriced. Yeah it's resort prices but $32 for three tacos with no sides and $9 for lemonade seems excessive. The room felt too small for the price point.

The Beach Club at The Boca Raton feels more focused on maintaining its luxury reputation—largely through licensing well-known brands from Major Food Group—than on delivering a consistently thoughtful guest experience.||The rooms are spacious, clean, and well laid out, though somewhat sterile. You can’t escape the fact that this is part of a massive resort consisting of five different buildings. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this is a large-scale operation and a big business.||We stayed during Thanksgiving week, and to their credit, the resort was fully staffed and clearly on high alert to deliver a strong customer experience. Great place ..WOW… everyone was so nice.. rooms amazing.. 100% clean and beautiful…the breakfast place on 8th floor for yacht club members was perfect|! Next time we have to come for longer..so many activities etc.. we were only there one night bummer.. I could go on and on!!

The room was very moldy and puffy.Wasn’t clean enough and very old. The service wasn’t good at all. Location is great.

WOW - JUST WOW!!|We've stayed at some fabulous hotels over the years but this is one NOT TO MISS. OK so it's at the higher end of the budget but we've paid much more and got a lot less many, many times.|The Yacht Club is part of The Boca Raton resort. This is just a truly luxurious hotel with outstanding service in a perfect location north of Miami on the Florida east coast. There are multiple accommodation options in the resort ranging from on the beach or on the marina. We opted for the Yacht Club overlooking the marina. We knew from the arrival that this was going to be something special. There were lots of valets - all keen, friendly, polite and professional. They were a real team.
