Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

My family and I love this hotel! We stay here whenever we visit family in the area. The location is perfect, with tons of shops and restaurants in the same shopping center. Additionally, rooms have recently been redone and are very clean. Staff is so nice and makes us feel right at home. Special shout out to Neil and all the breakfast staff in the morning- they always greet us with a big smile and are friendly, kind and accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

Positive: Convenient to shopping, restaurants and staff were very helpful. Location and view of the courtyard from my room was fantastic. Negative: The heated pool could have been a bit warmer.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Marriott in Boca Raton, and I have to personally recognize the front desk manager Brandon Alfaro for going completely above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Every request was handled quickly and graciously, and they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to come across someone who blends efficiency with such sincere hospitality. Because of them, our experience felt seamless, comfortable, and truly special. Thank you for setting the standard for exceptional service — we will absolutely be back!

We needed a good place for visiting family and friends in the area. Location was great. Clean hotel, nice pool area, lounge, gym adequate barely. The best thing was peter, the doorman. He is excellent! Always there to help with luggage and at pool.

The Marriott Boca Raton Town Center is blessed with a fabulous location and outstanding staff. It does have some room challenges. We had a few issues with room mechanics- first room we were given had obviously housed smokers before us. The AC was blasting at 65F and a air purifier was running, but it was still pretty evident. We were moved to a room that was not at the level we had reserved or paid for ( lacking a sofa bed). It was clean, but for some reason the room fan ran continously, which led to a very drying situation. The M Club does not serve food on weekends, but is open for use with an Elite level room key. The Coffee machine was consistently Out of Order during our stay. Tge Lounge was mostly occupied by unsupervised middle school age children on Ipads. The breakfast buffet is
