OMG STOP PUTTING BARN DOORS ON BATHROOMS IN HOTELS. The room itself was clean and nicely updated. The lobby and common areas were dirty and dingy. The tile in the lobby and the elevator doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Tinny music piped through speakers in the hallways. The coffee situation was dire. The room coffee didn’t even look worth the bother and the buffet coffee was $4 per cup to serve yourself from a giant dispenser that didn’t seem fresh at 7am. Plus they weren’t able to charge it to my room. The service was kind and friendly though. Listen, this hotel makes BANK at this location. Hire some more people and put some care and attention to your property. Your employees are doing their best but it’s obviously a shoestring budget just so you get your profits.

Positive: The view was amazing and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Parking was close and we never had a problem finding a spot. Amazing trip at a great price 😊 we are very satisfied with our stay. Negative: It definitely could be cleaner but I think that’s a under staffing issue. The restaurant was way overpriced and the food was terrible.

The room was good only giving 4 starts because there was a bug. No more after. On the website it says there’s breakfast included but when we got there you have to pay $22 a person. Pool and hot tub were nice. Amazing views. Over all pretty great stay!!

Staff was very friendly. The room was a good size with amazing beach front views from the balcony. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was really nice with good water pressure in the shower. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 out of 5 is because the sofa bed was horrible. We will stay again but will try to get a different room with multiple beds instead of a sofa bed for the kid.

It’s nice! Me and my husband stayed a night here in December, We got the King size suite with a jacuzzi- The man at the desk was very helpful answered all questions, There is plenty of parking, also we got to choose what floor we wanted to say on so we went with the 8th, we got a corner room with a cute balcony with a great view of the shoreline. the room itself was clean, and the housekeeping was stoked well for a two person stay. We love the sleek clean furniture, and spacious storage for those who are staying longer. another thing to comment is the little coffee& tee/microwave/mini fridge section was clean, stocked, and plentiful. The jacuzzi was spacious and nicely fit two adults, very deep and comfortable. The only things I’d have to comment on that weren’t 5 stars is the King size be
