Customer Reviews
Nice hotel overall. I got there early and asked for an early check-in and they were able to oblige me. The problem is when I got to my room the woman was just about to clean it so it wasn’t ready. She was very friendly and very nice and took her time cleaning my room. As she was doing it, she would come out and tell me how far along she was. It wasn’t fair to her, though that she had to worry about me waiting for the room. The front desk needs to have better communication with the cleaning crew. The room was nice and clean, but the TV was no good. All night the channels were dipping in and out due to static. It was raining, so I’m wondering if it was satellite TV that was being disrupted. You really should get a new cable provider Overall, I was happy with my experience minus the sma
Positive: The water pressure was great. Negative: Rooms located on the street side of the hotel are extremely loud with the racing street traffic. I would not recommend any rooms on that side of the building.
Very nice hotel, staff was so accommodating and friendly, the rooms were bigger than a regular hotel room. Best breakfast,at least every day there’s a different kind of food. Negative side the location,it’s on a busy street ,I can hear street noise, traffic noise. Positive side location is near restaurant and shopping center.
We've stayed overnight at this hotel several times, but this was our first longer stay (three nights). As always, it was a great stay. The whole hotel is super clean and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The shower is great (good water pressure even on 6th floor) and the towels are fluffy and plentiful. We like that the keycard is required to use the elevator. The location is convenient to many stores and restaurants. Since it is on a busy street, ask for a room on the parking lot side (and set your thermostat for the fan to run at night). We've never tried the breakfast or restaurant, so no comment on that. Note that rooms have a mini-fridge but not a microwave. Lobby now offers a little mini-mart with snacks and drinks.
Visited a dear friend but couldn't use elevator without registered guest! Lucky for me a patron was riding! Anyway, the room was quaint, with the usual amenities of a motel.Room size kinda small based on others in comparison. The friend did advise that there is a full, complete, free breakfast! That's a plus. It was quiet and peaceful.
