Five star staff at Embassy suites by Hilton Virginia Beach oceanfront resort Upon arriving at the hotel, it seemed that there might be an issue with our booking. We had booked using a third-party site. However, the staff starting with Jonathon and Julie (who is a trainee but carried herself very professionally and with confidence, didn’t seem like a trainee). They enlisted the help of Sakita. All three of them worked well together and solved the third-party booking issue They are doing an outstanding job and well appreciated. The housekeeping staff is doing an excellent job as well the hotel and the rooms are very clean. The accommodations are extremely nice and we would recommend staying at this resort! The only change we will make is to book direct!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, and the whole resort feel with multiple dining options on site is awesome. You can truly park the car for a long weekend and not ever have to go anywhere. The rooms are well appointed, the facility is always immaculate, and we love the amenities. But I must say the front desk staff definitely sets this place apart from any other we’ve stayed at. Tacori, Clynton, and Leslie made our stay absolutely wonderful. They were so gracious, hospitable, and helpful, and made us feel so valued and appreciated. They greeted us with big smiles every time we walked by. We simply can’t say enough about them. Already looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great overall experience at Embassy Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Have always loved the Cavelier Spa and restaurants. So I was so happy to book a last minute couples night away with my husband for our 15 year at the Embassy Suites and was not disappointed. The decor and aesthetic is amazing. The music theme was so fun. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We walked over to Orion’s Roof for dinner which is also a family favorite. It was a great 24 hour stay.

First of all: Props must go out to the amazing Front desk Manager Ms. Sydni. From the moment we checked in with Ms. Sydni, I knew our experience would be one to remember. She was beyond amazing in telling us the layout of the land, the best places to shop and where to go to meet whatever craving came to mind. I was truly impressed with her general knowledge of the area and her personality and charm are definitely what will keep us coming back.
