North Landing Beach Campground

I always leave 4-5 stars but this year is a 3 star because of cabin issues that didn’t get resolved. We had a refrigerator that was way too loud and definitely needed to be replaced, maintenance came but didn’t fix it. We asked for a refrigerator replacement from an unused cabin, an easy fix but they didn’t comply. We were offered a different cabin but wasn’t comparable to what we had which was beachfront. I asked for a nights credit but didn’t get a reply. The cabins definitely need an upgrade with mattresses being too hard and chair and couches looking old, outdoor chair was broken. The maid service is very good as the cabin was very clean, but we had 2 fly swatters going as we had 100’s flies when other cabins did not, which was disconcerting. We love this campground so much! The accommodations and the staff are top tier. Some of the most down to earth staff. Maintenance does a stellar job at keeping the park up to par. We were so happy with our stay. I hope we can make it back in the future.

Love the location. Stayed once overnight in our camper, but stayed this time in a cabin. Needed a pet cabin and had to pay extra for it. We arrived and the campground was nice. We entered the cabin and I noticed it was a little beat up from previous tenants with dogs, which I thought would be repaired before each tenant arrived due to the pet fee you have to pay. In the kitchen area we saw about 10 ant bait stations. I thought, great. Well, as soon as we sat stuff on the counter the ants came marching out. We had to keep everything packed and off the counter. Which didn't matter because they still were everywhere. We couldn't cook or prepare any food we brought due to the ants. Even had them on the night stand by the bed. I found out that one of our friends stayed in my cabin

This place is the best. The people who work there know customer service. The campground is clean, great location, and their hospitality is something you don’t see a lot these days!

During check in I was waited on quickly. The lady at the desk was very friendly and cheerfully told me about all of the amenities and scheduled activities. The site was a nice size. The campground is kept clean. The next day we met Paul. He was very nice and told us about all the fun activities. He takes pride in making sure all facilities are kept clean. The bathhouses were extremely clean. The campground offers a lot of activities at no cost such as putt putt golf. This is definitely a place to come and just enjoy the campground even though there is many area attractions. This will definitely be a regular destination.
