Wyndham Phoenix Airport/Tempe

I enjoyed staying at this place. Right in Tempe so there’s so much to do that is close by. The staff were very nice and helpful. I got an upgrade a King Room with Pool view and I loved it. It was a nice view. I would highly recommend and would stay here again. They have a bar and restaurant that look nice.

Was put up here by British Airways after an overnight delayed flight. The airport shuttle was prompt and courteous, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. My room was spacious and comfortable though a little dusty here and there, and unfortunately you could easily hear noise from the corridors and upstairs guests (the latter is not the hotel's fault, I was just unlucky to be staying over at the same time as a rowdy group of marine trainees). The food at the on-site Fire & Spice restaurant was not good - it came out way too quickly for it to have possibly been cooked from scratch, and the chicken on top of the fettucine alfredo had that microwaved taste, but server Sean that day more than made up for it with his friendly service. I always stay here when I travel to Phoenix. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. Roberta made the check in process seamless. Her breakfast recommendation was on point. The hotel is clean, it's safe. And not difficult to find from the airport. I highly recommend staying there if you're traveling through Phoenix.

Positive: Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good at the restaurant. Overall comfortable stay before I left town. Negative: Location is convenient with a car but not so much without. Would love a bit more on site food options.Minor issue with my shower as well but that seemed room specific.

This hotel is a struggling motel trying to be a hotel. It's not very clean. It's pretty run down and it's not that friendly. There was NO hot water for my stay. ( Ran the water for 12 minutes got Luke warm for 3 minutes then ran cold.) When I seen other reviews I thought maybe they were over doing it but I was wrong. The hotel had an oil smell Thur the halls, a smoke smell in the room and mildew smell in the bathroom. The ice machine was broken. The title floor in the room was sticky like it wasn't cleaned. The room had lots of splattered stuff on the walls. The tile in one spot in the floor when you walked in was broken and raised, I got my shoes caught on it and tripped. The noise from the hall and room next door was louder then you would think it should be. No one was at the desk when I
