A huge thank you to Kristi Reid and Mike Barns... Truly a dynamic duo and outstanding brand ambassadors for Hilton. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at home, like family, not just a guest. Every detail of my stay was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were executed in truly world-class order. This is hospitality done right, warm, thoughtful, and consistent from start to finish. Highly recommended. This property reflects exactly what the Hilton brand should stand for.

Very excellent hotel, the room was very spacious compared to other Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff for the night shift, who helped with check in, was very friendly and helpful. Location was good also. I would definitely stay here again.

Worst location ever had a issue with the room front desk started yelling gave me attitude hung up when I went down there she threatened to kick me out refused to send services didn't answer any further room calls refused the manager contact I had to contact hilton honors to get anywhere and got moved to a better hotel worst experience ever and I stay at alot of hotels as I travel for work. Erika who was working the front desk was rude yelled insulted me and threatened to kick me out I promise you hilton honors wont a eat this type of behavior for their brand, after hilton honors call they rebooted us at the same place since they are attached went to check out Erika refused to talk to us I tried simply asking to cancel that reservations she told me and I qoute get off her property the rudes

Our baseball team booked this hotel while traveling for a tournament, and I made my reservation through the Hilton Honors app. The tournament block included free parking and breakfast, but I was not aware that those benefits were only available if you booked through the tournament link instead of directly through the Honors app. Once I realized this, I called the front desk to ask if they could honor the team benefits as a courtesy since our entire team is staying at the hotel and collectively spending thousands of dollars during this tournament. Unfortunately, the manager, Sam, was not willing to help or offer any accommodation. As a loyal Hilton Honors customer, I was very disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service.
