Wyndham Houston Sugarland

We booked Holiday Inn but it turns out this is now Wyndham. The bed is nice and the room is quite okay in terms of space.||I think they haven't finished renovating as there is no proper place to eat breakfast. There is no fridge in the room as well. But all others are included. We bokked for 3 persons but only two towels were provided. Breakfst is very simple bread, yogurt, fruits, cofee. ||I cannot say if I will stay here again.

Positive: Cleanliness and price Negative: No snack machines, no security

Rooms are clean service was superb . The latest to check out is 12pm which is high five. The free breakfast was not too bad at least its free. Price was unbeatable. A little issue with hot water in the beginning but the lady at the front desk was able to fix it and came to my room to ask if hot water was running now. Thanks

Unacceptable Conditions Black Mold Found In Bathroom "I checked into Wyndham Houston Sugarland In Texas late on 1/17/2026 and was deeply disappointed to find significant black mold growth in the bathroom the morning of 1/18/2026. My daughters, one year old grandson and myself was tired from driving so we went straight to sleep upon waking up I noticed there was only one towel in the room. I mentioned it to front desk clerk & towels was supplied within 30 minutes. Once we received the towels I headed to take a shower and noticed black mold. Specifically, all around the entire bathroom ceiling. Despite reporting this to the front desk, the response was a room change on 5th that also had visible black mold in it. Her next response was we can move you to another location or refund you you

This was the absolute worst hotel I ever stayed in hands down. Came in town for the rodeo didn’t need anything fancy girls trip just clean nest place. We arrived no one was at the front desk. The shower didn’t work, phone in the room didn’t work. The lamp shades are nasty and broken. The tv didn’t work. The bathroom along with the carpet was gross there was feces on the wall. There were no towels on the room. We went to the front desk and an unkept man with a dirty shirt said nothing he can do it’s too late. We ended up going to sleep in the car . This was probably worst than the Bates Motel…
