Hotel Royale - Hobby

Seems they deleted my last review just because I said I did not agree with this Hotel‘s policy because you can’t have visitors in your room, but how are you a hotel by the airport and won’t allow people to stay at your place to have visitors they response was to ensure a quiet night sleep. I want a quiet night sleep too. I just want visitors during the day so I can conduct business properly, but they deleted my message. That’s funny one Star still because of the way you just handled me. I’m an adult and I conduct business I don’t want to be at hotels where they’re telling me I can’t have visitors. What am I in town for? What are you saying? You’re a hotel for if you can’t allow visitors what kind of hotel are you?

I have an email that says I have a confirmed reservation. I show up at 8:30 PM and they’re pretty unapologetically behind bulletproof glass. Tell me sorry we overbooked there’s nowhere for you to stay but the parking lot looks pretty empty sketchy place. The lobby is like a jail receiving area.
