Crystal Inn - NorthWest - 290

The whole entire staff from the front desk staff to housekeeping ladies, are very very welcoming, and very nice and professional. I have never had a problem with this hotel or it's staff. I checked in with Nil he is my favorite staff member. He takes care of me everytime i check in. He makes sure the rooms are clean, fresh, and meets my expectations. Wouldn't ask for anyone else he is very professional and welcoming. The rooms are really really nice, updated, and have a very sleek modern look and they also have breakfast in the front as well, which is very convenient when i need a quick breakfast before work. Its never loud the other people that are vistitng here never causes any problems. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when im in town except here. They surpass all my expectations everytime

I wanted to take a moment to thank the employees of Crystal Inn for their phenomenal customer service! The rooms were very clean, and it was extremely quiet at night. We felt very welcomed throughout our stay. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be returning customers!

If the owner keeps up that great Customer service... He will not only continue to get my business but I believe do very well. The rooms are nice CLEAN and Comfy. The Shower is an Experience... Fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place ... Its NEW

Had an excellent stay this past weekend with my partner (12/13/2025). I’ve visited this Crystal Inn a few times now, and every time the experience has been very pleasant. First and foremost, the front staff is very helpful when checking in, offering free waters. The rooms themselves are very clean and sleek, especially the restroom for this room’s price point. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this property, and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Houston on more of a budget, especially on the Northwest side of town heading to Cypress. *Please note, to the staff of this Crystal Inn, my Expedia account left an incorrect rating of “2/10” for my stay in November. That is absolutely false and does not represent this property. I’m not sure how that review was post

This hotel was amazing. Me and my husband wanted a day to ourselves and I’m glad we chose this place. The staff were friendly and the room were clean. The SHOWER is AMAZING! Definitely will stay here again in the future.
