Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown

What a bunch of snowflakes leaving reviews. I have always been skeptical of the bad reviews some places get , because most are left by entitled, self absorbed, panty wastes. ||Checked in on NYE and the place is spotless. Front desk staff handled a madhouse rush of people with grace and professionalism . Room is clean and very comfy. Bed is really inviting, the bathroom big and bright. Is there a spot here and there on the carpet? Yes, but that does not define a pleasant stay. Thank you Wyndham and Happy New Year !

First of JT from Valet, was so polite and helpful! Give him a gold star. He helped us multiple times, thank you! Check in staff was also so polite. Great job. Room, the room was so spacious. The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced immediately, ours smelled of mildew, we would have asked to change but we knew the hotel was booked so instead we brought carpet freshener also the walls lamp shade need to be cleaned. The beds were comfortable. I will say overall the stay was good but please get rid of the carpets, not good at all.

Positive: Location Negative: My hotel room smelt like cigarettes. The valet was an insanely long wait and no communication. Overall, the staff was kind and well informed. Valet was incredible ly patient

I stay here at lease twice a month and the service and the staff has been great. Also the breakfast in the morning is delicious. I just wish the bar stay open later then 9pm. That’s really the only down fall everything else is great. The lady manager always does a great job. If you’re around check this hotel out u won’t be disappointed.

The customer service was outstanding. Friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The valet staff were great, we had car issues and it made things a little more challenging. They had a great, helpful attitude throughout it all. Even though the hotel is dated some, we all enjoyed our stay and plan to go back. The lobby is beautiful with the lighting accents and water and plant decor.
