Arrived at the property and I have stayed here many time over the past 5 years. I have never had the noise level from the bar keep me awake. When I went down to the desk they just said yes it can be load next time ask for a room on 5 and not on 6. My last day I walked out of my room to find a major water leak and dry wall hanging from the ceiling and again when reported they knew about and did not even try to clean anything up.

My husband and I love this hotel. We love staying here especially during Christmas! Downtown OKC at Christmas time is so beautiful and you get to enjoy it right outside your window!! They give you bath robes. Have shampoo and conditioner ready for you in the shower. Tv is big. Bed was very comfortable.

The Ambassador Hotel Oklahoma City, Autograph Collection once again showed what a great gem it is. The Ambassador has been our 'go-to' hotel for several years as we've stayed their multiple times while our daughter went through medical school. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive and eager to please, being especially thoughtful and caring towards our golden doodle. On this last trip they introduced us to some great dog treats from Neoteric Brands, providing small packages of premium dog treats each day, which our dog absolutely loved.
