The entire property has a really cool vibe and the design throughout the building is impressive. The Grand Hall is especially beautiful and gives the hotel a unique feel. Our room was very nice and the shower stood out as one of the highlights. Everything felt comfortable and well done. There was a slight vinegar type cleaning smell, but it was minor I suppose. One of the best parts of staying here was the location. We barely had to drive anywhere. It’s close to the OKC arena where the Thunder play and Bricktown is right there as well. There’s also a nice park and garden area nearby for a good walk. Overall it was a really enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back.

The National is a true treasure. And particularly during the Christmas season. Every corner is fully decorated in grand style. It’s amazing. The attention to detail shows. ||Of course the hotel was packed with holiday parties and families alike. All in a cheery mood. ||Most importantly the staff here is so friendly, accommodating and proficient. A high level of service and care. On check in Teneca was delightful and made us feel as though we were the most important arrivals of the day. She set the tone for what would be a wonderful 2 nights. ||Of course have to mention the Vault. What a great and fun experience.

Honestly, the Autograph Collection Hotels have been hit or miss with us over the past year as we traveled the country. Some very nice, others a let down. This one was a nice surprise. We got the Presidential Suite and it was very nice. Huge room with two bathrooms. Large separate dining area and living room. Nice sized bedroom and master bathroom. Lots of closet space. Room was very clean and smell-free. Bed was comfy enough. The lobby area was still very nicely decorated for Christmas even through it was middle of January. The valet staff was nice and prompt. The front desk staff was also nice and promptly provided a few items that we requested. Our only complaint was there was a huge gap in the double doors that look into the living room from the hallway. Anyone walking by the suite goin

Beautiful hotel with thoughtful preservation of the history of the building. We were unable to get 2 nights in a suite so opted to stay both nights in a large king room. It was 7th floor at the end of the hall. Quiet. Our view was a parking garage but it didn't bother us. The rooms are comfortable in size, temperature, appearance. The bed was extremely comfortable, firm mattress, beautiful bedding. Side tables equipped with a nice lamp that provided ample lighting, easy on and off switch. Clock with connections for device recharging. Thermostat allowed for personal comfort and seemed very accurate. The closet provided lighting upon opening of the doors which was nice for finding things in suitcases. Large bathroom with nice lighting, room shower, Beekman bath products. Lavazza
