I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff! Every staff member I encountered was kind, polite and professional! They always had proper answers to questions. They did not mind questions at all, and I frequently asked lots of them. The housekeeping staff quickly and professionally refreshed my room daily. The turndown service was a nice touch! The room was absolutely gorgeous! It was obvious that much thought went into its design. The color choices were lovely! It had two separate, spacious closets! The shower was huge! The lighting was excellent! The lighting controls were clearly labeled and the lights could be controlled from multiple places around the room. Some were dimmable! This hotel is stunning! There were a few quirks that affected our stay - The entrance is very strange - you have to park on the top floor of the parking garage and then enter through an unmarked back door to get to the main lobby/where you check in. Signage would be VERY helpful. People who worked there also often seemed confused by our presence - and it wasn’t very clear where we were allowed to be and where we weren’t. The restaurant and bar are closed all day Sunday which is a bummer for weekend guests. There’s also no breakfast room service on those days which we weren’t told. We put our door hanger on the door Friday night for breakfast delivery Saturday morning. They took the door hanger and delivered pastries. We assumed breakfast would be on the way but it never came. Having stayed in 5-star luxury hotels and cruises around the world, this is some of the best design I’ve ever seen— and especially impressive in the heart of Oklahoma City. Our guestroom view overlooking the Memorial Gardens in the rain made it all the more perfect. Every detail feels thoughtful and smart, not just pretty—something many luxury boutique hotels struggle to get right. I did not stay the night. I attended an event in one of thr private meeting rooms. From the moment I pulled up to the valet parking, I felt welcomed. Everyone was smiling and helpful. The food was flavorful with appropriate serving sizes for a business lunch. My favorites were the Italian wedding soup and orange creme cannoli.

Had a wonderful stay at CH 12/2025 for two nights. Rooms are amazing, large and the most comfortable bed! Breakfast service was well orchestrated and nice to have the club for dinner one night and drinks with work friends the other night. In the middle of downtown was worried about the noise but my room was air tight! Can’t wait to return.
