This is the worst hotel experience ever. The air condition was broken and I was given the fan instead. On the next day, the front desk confirmed that the AC would be fixed, but that didn’t happen. I asked for the manager and wanted a refund but the front desk kept telling me that the manager was away. So I end up staying in the no AC room for three days without a refund. I decided to contact trip.com to resolve the issue because this is so unfair to me. Many customers complained the same thing and nothing was fixed. one guy even said that he will report the safety issue to the health department if they did not refund to him. Besides the AC, one of the two elevators was broken too.In the end, I received some discount through trip.com and booked a new hotel instead.The hotel really nee

Well you walk in and your view will make you feel as you will be invited and welcomed. Then you will settle in by waiting at the desk for some time, as the desk desk attendant is the only employee present on the premises. The desk help is also the breakfast maker if you can even call it breakfast. We Only felt safe enough to eat yogurt and have a coffee. Everything else and cleanliness was awful. Trash cans sit unemptied for 3 days in loby area not to mention the disgusting lobby bathroom. We had large group with us for this stay and multiple issues. This hotel should be shut down and completely renovated properly. The rooms, are beyond terrible. The place is gorgeous but pool was closed. It was empty too. Looks like a great place for a wedding or other gathering. Beds were clean and comfy. Room was nice but way too dark. Breakfast was hot and a pleasant surprise given we were the only ones there. Price was great! Would stay again.

Positive: "" Negative: It smelled very off-putting throughout the entire lobby. There were water cockroaches near the pool. The showers/bedding were stained. There was a lifted carpet that my mother-in-law tripped on. One functioning elevator that was dreadfully slow.

We booked here to stay the night to rest and stretch our legs during our 25 hour road trip. I booked here specifically because their site says they have a pool. The customer service was polite. But as for the facility. The first thing I noticed was the 2 big bright orange sticker that looks like someone tried removing it that says this facility has been shut down by the county for having no liscense and to call if a buisness is operating if this sticker is on the window. This hotel is a ghost town. The pool was drained with little lingering green slimy water and was shut down by the department of health.
