Hampton Inn Champaign/Urbana

This place was our home for almost 2 months for our extended stay. The management gave us a generous rate for which we will be forever grateful. From the management to the support team, each and every staff are very hardworking, kind, friendly and very helpful… Must say super clean rooms and there’s something magical about their pillows, so comfortable to sleep on… Great breakfast menu, clean rooms and ideal safe location from the U of I college campus and restaurants and shopping centers nearby… Thank you Maria and her team for making us feel so comfortable, helpful and also for the supportive caring staff… We simply can’t thank you enough… 210% recommended for this hotel!!! Forever Grateful ❤️

I travel frequently and I picked this hotel being in centre of town. As soon I walked in, receptionist, young female, showed no emotions or hospitality. It was cold and not pleasant experience. Rooms are smelly and old. Ok for one night. Breakfast was acceptable. Parking was good. On my checkout same cold behaviour at the reception, and they didn’t even provide receipt. Will not stay here again.

Location is great if you're trying to access the north side of campus. It's about 1.5 miles to the stadium from here. Lots of space in the breakfast area. Food wasn't great for breakfast and the rooms were not updated in a long, long time. In need of reservation unfortunately. Ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and theirs a Perkins restaurant in the parking lot.

This Hampton Inn did not live up to its name. The hotel was old and needed a facelift. The breakfast area had old chairs in disrepair. It definitely was not worth the price

With a family member receiving care at Carle Foundation Hospital, my mother and myself needed a place to grab a little rest and refresh. This was such a place of respite during a difficult time. The location was very close and convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but most importantly the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The manager Maria, showed genuine concern, and really made a difference every step and it will be remembered. I can't recommend this place enough! - PS. Coffee lovers, the coffee is fresh 24/7, with a great coffee bar and it's included!
