Comfort Suites Urbana Champaign, University Area

This was the CLEANEST hotel that we have ever stayed at. The value for our money was exceptional. The lobby was cozy, and the staff were welcoming. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We would definitely return in the future and wish all hotels functioned as this one did. The rooms were much larger than we expected and the beds were great! We highly recommend this hotel.

I was in town for a medical emergency with one of my pets. From check-in to check out my experience here was wonderful. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. While taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast the general manager came out and stopped by each table to ask guests if they were satisfied with their meal and hotel experience so far. Now that's great service in my opinion. The hotel is right off of 74, and easy to access. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to any traveler, not just those looking for a budget friendly option.

Definitely happy with comfort suites hotel in Urbana Illinois!!! The hotel is clean inside and out. The breakfast items was always refilled and clean! Penny says “good morning” to everyone entering! That’s a very nice gesture. Laura is the boss and although I have never met her, she is dynamic to work with if you want a big booking for an event! She is pleasant and super helpful!!|But the workers appear happy and seem to have a very helpful attitude and that starts from the top down to its employees! Keep up the great work! Your hotel was packed the last two weeks and very well kept! My relatives also had very nice things to report and it was their first time booking at comfort suites. Really had an excellent stay here. The staff was so kind and helpful. They all greeted us and were quick to answer any questions or assist ( we locked ourselves out of our room on accident.) The hot tub and pool being open 24 hours was an amazing surprise. It was clean and uncluttered with lots of towels available. We had a microwave and the mini fridge actually had a FREEZER, which seems to be a rarity these days. The breakfast was very good, we came about 30 minutes before it closed and they still brought fresh trays of potatoes, sausage gravy, several fruit choices, cereals, bagels, waffle maker. It was such a nice treat. And it was about $10 cheaper than the next closest option that had a hot tub and pool. I see why its rated 9.0 and I absolutely agree. -Manager- If you read this, plea

The room and the fitness studio were clean. The staff was nice and very polite. The decoration of the rooms was a bit oldish to my taste (I don't like carpet in hotel rooms). The snow has not been cleared from the parking lot.
