Wonderful hotel with excellent service! Very polite and attentive staff — always ready to help and make your stay truly comfortable. Special thanks for helping with a power adapter from European to American — that was a lifesaver 😊 The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant atmosphere. A special highlight is the amazing view of Manhattan. The hotel is quiet, with no noise at all, perfect for a relaxing stay. We had a great experience and would happily return again!

I had a great stay at Wyndham Garden Brooklyn Sunset Park! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — special shoutout to Jay for going above and beyond. The hotel is very affordable for the area, especially considering the good location and how easy it was to get around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

First time traveling alone to meet some online friends of 8 years going strong. Highlights are definitely the lobby staff, who are extremely attentive remembering my name, checkout time, and more. Bus stops and subways are well within walking distance, while the room was very nice and clean. Will definitely look into booking again next time I come back around to NY.

Positive: The front desk staff was amazing very polite and respectful. Hotel was decent and very clean. Negative: For this to be consider a 4 star hotel I honestly expected a doorman and someone greeting you upon arrival. I don't know in what world this accommodation (although decent) I certainly would not classify this a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in better.
