The Bay Ridge Hotel

Danny was absolutely amazing in the game room! from the moment we walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and super helpful. He made sure everything was running smoothly and went out of his way to answer questions and help us have the best experience possible. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in his work. Thanks to Danny, our time in the game room was even more fun. Highly recommend — give this guy a raise!

I had a disappointing experience. We booked a room in advance, but when we arrived, there was no room available for us, and we had to wait at least an hour. I would like to thank the kind and friendly staff-especially Williams-for helping resolve the issue and slightly improving my overall impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, the room itself was dirty and extremely small. The bath towels did not look appropriate. While the idea of makeup towels was nice, they had a lot of hair on them. The floor also had hair throughout the room, which was very unpleasant. l appreciated the complimentary water and chocolates. Overall, management of the hotel is extremely disorganized.

Wonderful stay at Bay Ridge Hotel We had an excellent experience at the Bay Ridge Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the rooftop is beautiful with great views, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely be back

I had an extremely disturbing and unsafe experience at this property. An employee made inappropriate advances toward me and became hostile when I refused and literally kicked me out of the building barely allowing me to grab my things and call an uber. I did not feel safe staying here and when it was brought to the attention of the hosts, nothing meaningful was done to address it or ensure my safety. Instead they tried to argue about an interaction that had nothing to do with this situation and continued to tell me to leave the building and not to come back. Based on my experience and what other guests have also expressed, this property has serious issues with staff behavior and guest security. Please be careful and consider staying somewhere else.
