Wyndham Boca Raton

This place is more like a 4 star hotel pushing 5( if they had concierge service/vallet etc). It was excellent! There was an abundance of towels which I LOVED. Very spacious , they also changed the sheets daily! Not just making your bed. Above and beyond for the caliber of guests who stay there. Great suburb location, close to Mizner, Atlantic Ave, the Boca mall etc. Dreamy pool aesthetic with the lit palm trees. It helps that the hotel is connected to a restaurant. It just elevates the place. It was pricey but not surprising for Boca. I also really like that they partnered with a brand and had good quality soap/lotion/amenities that smelled good, and were great for sensitive skin. My husband and I recently stayed at the Boca Raton Wyndham for a wedding.|I typically do not write reviews about hotel stays but this hotel merits a review due to serious issue.|First, there is a moldy or musty odor present in rooms and I believe it is a serious issue due to the fact that we were not the only couple complaining about this issue.|We were assigned a room with a really strong musty odor. We actually stayed in the room 1 night against my better judgment. The odor kept me awake and gave me a slight headache. In the morning, I asked to change rooms and was told there were only 2 available rooms. The front desk clerk made me feel like this was my problem and had a bit of an attitude when I asked to see the rooms before moving . Not great customer service! No apology and a bit of

Very convenient Hotel. Staff was super friendly and Farmers Table is always a good place to go for quality healthy food. 

Just came back from a weekend in Boca for a wedding party (our son and DIL) My Husband has stayed there before to visit friends. I had never been. Husband said it's been updated from previous stays. I found the room very comfortable. Front Desk helpful. Good value. Only ask... is to have a couple more charging stations in rooms. And a store for toiletries, snacks etc (not just the vending machines) Thank you

After dealing with some annoying details at check in, we found the rooms spacious, adequate, but very dated and retrofitted for technology. Meanwhile, the staff are super nice and helpful, there's a wonderful little quick coffee and pastry shop on 2nd floor, and beautiful common areas w a lot of comfortable seating and hotel computers. Just know rooms are a bit basic and a/c heat is in one of those old wall devices with no thermostat control.
