Woodwards White Mountain Resort, BW Signature Collection

We had a rocky start to our trip due to some very noisy upstairs neighbors, but the staff here completely saved my birthday weekend! They were incredibly understanding and moved us to a different room that still had the spa tub I was looking forward to. We had a wonderful, quiet night of rest and really enjoyed the on-site pub and arcade. The service was top-notch—next time I’ll just be sure to request a top-floor room from the start. Highly recommend!

LOVED it here! We needed somewhere to stay after our previous hotel wasn’t worth staying in. We ended up in a clean, fresh, comfortable room that we really enjoyed! It was right next to the arcade which was a ton of fun for our whole family! We didn’t bring swim suits but there was an indoor pool with a hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and had many options including a waffle maker! It’s a great place to stay! Close to so many things and beautiful views. We really enjoyed it and plan on staying again in the future!

What a great hotel. Only place we could find that would allow us to bring our two cats with not much hassle we couldn't find a cat sitter around where we and the first hotel we went to said we could bring our cats when we got there. It was a different story. The second hotel we went to said we could bring our cats but every time we left the room we had to take the cats with us so not really able to bring the cats to that particular hotel, this hotel said it was okay. Just had to pay the pet fee and that was great. Compliment your breakfast. Clean rooms. Good service friendly staff. I recommend this place

This hotel was very reasonably priced and had a very fair pet fee. The front desk clerk was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. She gave everyone a map as they were checking in and explained the location of local shops. This was helpful as we checked in late in the evening and the area was very dark so it was difficult to tell what restaurants or gas stations were around. She also explained all the onsite amenities and hours. The cleanliness and comfort of the room for the price was outstanding. I appreciate that the pet rooms did not have carpet so there weren’t any pet related smells. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient. Positive: Very comfortable bed. The included bar/restaurant had good food and could compete easily with the touristy places in the neighboring towns. Negative: There was no TV channel guide on the television, nor was there a printed one available. Had to surf through 128 channels to see what was there and no way to record the ones you want. Free breakfast was good, but was the EXACT SAME THING every day.
